Heroic and Romantic, Cartagena opens its doors to its visitors and we open the doors of our apartment for them to relax and enjoy this wonderful city.

We invite you to book our beautiful Apartment in Cartagena in Playamar in the Laguito sector. It is located on the beach and has direct access to the beach and the sea.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (the second bedroom with a sliding door with a ceiling fan), air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom, two bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and appliances, a Smart TV in the living room and main room, Free WIFI Internet and direct access to the beach.

They are provided with one towel per person for the shower, they cannot be taken out of the apartment for any reason (YOU MUST BRING A TOWEL FOR THE BEACH OR POOL)

The apartment has HOT WATER IN THE KITCHEN AND IN THE BATHROOM OF THE MAIN ROOM

It does not have parking. If you need a parking space, you can rent one in the building at the concierge.

The only additional cost is the cleaning service for our employee one time $75,000 up to 4 people or $80,000 up to 5 people and the registration at the doorman for identification and building expenses $40,000 Colombian pesos one time per family group

The delivery times of the apartment for check-in and check-out are between 3PM and 7PM, and departure between 8AM and 11:00 noon respectively

The entry of guests to the apartment or social areas is prohibited. No person who is not registered will be able to enter the complex or the apartment. A guest cannot receive unregistered visitors.

By National Government Law, all people who register must present documentation proving their identity at the gate for registration.

The pool hours are between 8 am and 5:00 pm due to Sanitary Biosecurity issues.

To check in, we need to previously send a letter of authorization to the building administration with the details of the people who will be staying.

Check in time is from 3 PM to 7 PM. If you arrive after that time, ask us BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION to see if we could deliver you at the estimated time of your arrival.
